From the moment Gerry came to assess the property she sold, she hit the pavement running. She’s extremely knowledgeable about real estate and knows what it takes to sell a property. We received multiple offers and Gerry helped so much on how to progress. When we finally signed a contract there were some hiccups along the way. Gerry explained every step and solved any issues. I would recommend Gerry 100%. She’s a true professional who knows her job well.

Gerry has made a very frustrating adventure with a lender, who had no urgency to get the job done and delayed our closing by over 10 days, a success after much, much hard work on her part. The title company also had issues using their own tools to resolve problems in a timely manner. There was lack of communication and extreme incompetence on the lender who did nothing to facilitate the process. They buyer's agent couldn't get responses from the lender trying to get answers as to the cause of the delays until Gerry had to step in to get assistance from a supervisor. Professionalism from Gerry who stayed on top of the issues to ensure that all the other parties were complying with the errors and delays and having to force them all to resolve issues since urgency wasn't a factor for either entity to follow through on anything. Five-stars isn't enough of a rating since without her diligence nothing would have gotten done in the time it finally did take to close this sale. Ten-stars is a more appropriate rating. We would recommend Gerry to anyone who needs the assistance of a professional realtor.
