We were referred to Kirsten by a colleague who shared that a friend had recently bought and sold their house with her in Phoenix. They shared her contact info and I reached out. Kirsten happened to be in the area and we met up in CA. She dropped off a “welcome kit” at my office and it was such a beautiful gift to have her in our corner for this huge life transition for our family. Intake- Kirsten asked us questions we didn’t event think about. For example, grocery stores, hobbies, schools, lifestyle, sporting leagues, churches, etc. She really learned what our family needed. She created a diverse list of homes for us to look at and gave us different options. Remember we are from out of state and don’t know the area! She was VERY responsive and had great communication throughout the entire process. Loan- her trusted team helped us, held our hand and made everything flow perfectly. They were available to answer questions and helped us navigate loan stuff from out of state. VERY smooth and easy. Showing- Cassandra helped us out in AZ due to a scheduling conflict that was already communicated to us prior. Cassy was a rockstar and was so patient and helpful during the 8 hour shift of showings. Remember we only had one day to look. Offer- we found our home and Kirsten negotiated and advocated for us. It’s not like what we see on TV. She had our best interest in mind and was very professional. Our offer was accepted and we closed in 30 days. Kirsten explained everything to us and gave us a run down of what to expect, when we needed to do certain tasks, etc. Again, her experience and knowledge really shined here. You guys, purchasing our first home from OUT OF STATE without knowing the area was literally the smoothest thing we had ever done. We were at peace the ENTIRE time. Forever choosing Kirsten because she has experience, a great team of resources, and she’s SO knowledgeable. She has skin in the game, experience and knows markets in AZ and CA VERY well!

Kirsten was super helpful throughout the process and kept us informed about everything! she even negotiated to keep stuff in the house I didn’t expect to get and on top of that got the sellers to cover all closing costs with a little left over that we got to keep!
