He responds quickly to emails or texts, and follows up on outstanding issues. He had suggestions for home inspectors, and contractors to get estimates to address some of the issues identified. He shows up on time, is smart, friendly, a good listener and communicator, funny and straightforward. I am so happy I went into the open house.
