Super responsive, knowledgeable, and great negotiating. Thanks for helping me sell my house! Will use again in the future & would recommend to others.

I HIGHLY recommend Aaron Benson for any of your real estate needs. He is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business. He went completely out of his way to help us and it ended up being the best decision because we switched realtors. His communication and negotiation skills are top-notch. Everything was straightforward and well explained without any last minute "surprises". He also put a lot of his personal time into research and preparation for the sale of this house.

Aaron went beyond out of his way to make it more then just a transaction. Personal touches can't be replicated and Aaron knows what it takes. He sold 3 houses for my family and cannot say enough about his attention to detail.

Patrizia made us feel like her top priority from day one, taking the time to truly understand our wants and needs for our next home. Her personal, hands-on approach and strong negotiating skills gave us complete confidence throughout the process. When an unexpected hiccup came up, she and her trusted team handled it seamlessly. We now walk away not just with a great outcome, but with a solid team we trust for our next purchase.

Patrizia represented us for both the purchase and the sale of our house. We were new to the Phoenix market, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and proactive in helping us find the right house in the right place for us. We kept going back and forth between a "fixer upper" and a house that was all updated, finally settling in between, and she took every call and showed us dozens of houses. She always had great suggestions as to how to deal with any issue, to focus on what was important to us to get the deal done. If she weren't a realtor, she could be a great psychologist. When it was time to sell, we contacted her right away. She worked tirelessly to get us through the offer/counteroffer process, inspections, amendments to the contract, and a surprise water leak and insurance claim, all while we had already moved back to the east coast. She put in immense amounts of extra time for meetings at the house, phone calls with contractors, and sending us pictures and even video of projects between our acceptance of the offer and the sale closing. We got a good price for our house and were entirely happy with her service during the process. She is a great professional, and cares about the purchase/sale process, but also you as a person. You will never regret hiring her as your realtor!

Patrizia worked with us for several months, while we looked for a home in Phoenix. She was always quickly responsive to our requests to see a particular house, and came prepared with all available information from the selling broker and her databases. It is a strange market in Phoenix right now, and we had 3 different offers rejected (even above asking), until we finally found the right one. Highly recommend her!

Alex was very responsive and answered all our questions during the process. After the offer was placed on the new house, we were under pressure to get our old house sold and he was able to do it in a week.

Alex and team have assisted us in smooth sales of many properties. Their professionalism, communication, and knowledge of their local markets are what have led to many successful sales. I would highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best real estate experiences I’ve had. Alex knows the Scottsdale market inside and out, communicated every step of the way, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
