I have never been involved in selling a house. And we have been at this house since being 3 & 4 years old. 68 years in a great neighborhood. But the time had come to make changes. And to me, the whole thing meant P A N I C! There was a lot going on in various facets of of our lives at this time and many processes had to be addressed regarding ability to legally sell the house.
