This sale was not an easy sale due to the fact that the realtor on the other side was not helpful or efficient, so it forced Amy to go above and beyond her normal selling responsibilities to help the buyers side along with the process. I had the opportunity to work with Amy Koch to sell my condo at the Toscana in Desert Ridge. I am living out of state and had saved her postcard I received when I was living at the Toscana and I am so glad I did. I reached out to her to see if she would assist me with the sell of my condo that was a rental. She was so helpful and recommended what needed to be done to prepare to sell the condo.
