Brenda did an excellent market analysis and provided many helpful tips prior to putting the house on the market. During the listing phase of the process Berndas communication with me was perfect. She kept me up to date an any progress through emails and text. When a call or in person meeting was necessary Brenda initiated that as well. Her style was patient and no pressure. When it came to to close the process could not have went smoother.
