Julie was accessible at any given time and always had answers to our questions (or if she didn’t, she reached out quickly and got back to us). She was fantastic at staying in contact with our bank and title agency and always kept us informed at every step. I honestly can’t say enough good about her. Should you choose to use her as your agent, you won’t be disappointed!!
This summer we decided it was time for our family to make a big change, and everyday I am so grateful it was Nicki who answered my Zillow request to view the home I am now writing this from! She immediately responded, was quick to schedule a tour plus a few other homes. When we decided to put an offer on our new home we still had to get our previous home ready to sell; our initial offer wasn't accepted, so we got our house ready to list in hopes we could get it under contract quickly. First, we tried selling it on our own, and even though we had not listed it with Nicki, she was still intentional to check in regularly to see how the FSBO was going. After a few weeks (and tears...) of showing our house with no luck, we decided to list our home with Nicki, and it was the best decision we made. By listing with her we were able to negotiate a new offer on our new home, have our previous home under contract within the set closing window, negotiate a 2 week closing on our previous home, manage home inspections and lender requirements - and she handled every text, email and phone call for both properties. Her help/knowledge with negotiating offers was probably the most eye-opening and valuable piece for us - we would have left money on the table and possibly lost out on our current home without her guidance. I can't put a price on the amount of stress she off-loaded for us during an already difficult season; her personal and professional knowledge she shared with me was invaluable. She truly was an answer to prayer. I can't say enough great things about Nicki and I can't wait to recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell!
Have bought and sold houses with Nicki and I would recommend her to anyone. We actually wouldn't work with anyone else. She is always accessible, knows the area's inventory, can get contractors do actually do work in a timely fashion, and doesn't blow smoke about property values. Maybe most importantly, she presents you with information in non-pushy way so the client can make decisions without unneeded pressure. When it comes time to buy/sell again...she will be our first call.
