Patti was the best agent we could have wished for! She was very helpful in every aspect of- from getting our house ready for sale, to putting it on the market, to the sale, and even in following up afterwards. She suggested things we never thought of and by following her suggestions, we were able to save money and time in preparation of our house. She was always available for questions and quickly found answers to our concerns. Her knowledge of the market and housing in general was super valuable! We would highly recommend Patti for buying and/or selling your home!

I needed a good agent for a quick closing and no contingencies… done. Guided us well on what needed to be done (or not) and was able set a timeline tasks. We were closed in less than a month!!

I give Roxy an A+ rating for communication, timeliness, knowledge, and work ethic! She helped me breeze right through a tricky deal. I highly recommend her as an agent for buyers and sellers alike.

Roxanne was on it from day one. She was enthusiastic about the potential of my house and was informative, responsive, supportive, and attentive through the entire process. I moved from Pittsburgh to Dayton, OH so was relying on her from a distance for many site related issues and she took great care of me and the house the entire time. Thank you Roxi!

Roxanne was simply amazing! She was in constant communication with me about every little step and situation. Her knowledge of the market and values was excellent but she also gave us the space to make our own decisions. I would highly recommend her to sell your home!!
