Her extensive experience and her knowledge of the current real estate market was very helpful to us. Our house was on the market for only four days before we received two full price offers. The final sales price was significantly above our original asking price. She had told us before it went on the market that she expected that would happen. First I’ll provide a short scenario of my situation. Out of the blue, I accepted a job out of state, and had a month to move, but I had also planned some renovations and already bought the materials. Realtor Bethany Weiser and her assistant Lindsay Cross orchestrated all the renovations; contractors, inspectors, materials still needed, discussed options, and completed all the projects, even after I left. It was so tastefully showcased that I almost wanted to return to live there myself! Bethany is truly skilled in her profession.
