Excellent, could not recommend more.

Took the time to fully consider the value of our home. Didn’t just rely on comps but was willing to factor in the unique aspects of our property. She markets her homes beyond the usual locations and spends time with her team and the homeowner to stage the home. In the end her judgement was validated by the market. We had some difficult situations with both potential buyers and final buyers that she skillfully handled as she has seen it all by this point in her career. To top it off Bethany and her entire team are friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. We interviewed multiple agents and are confident we made the right choice in choosing Bethany and her team.

Bethany went above and beyond what I expected my agent to do! Bethany kept me in the loop on everything as the process went through the sale. I would most definitely use Bethany again for any of my future real state transactions. I highly recommend Bethany she has the knowledge and experience of the market conditions for the anchorage community!

Amy was tenacious! She found our house after our first meeting in 30 minutes! She knows so much about the Anchorage area and is great at getting all the tasks completed as soon as possible! I wish we had Amy in the Lower 48!

When my significant other and best friend passed away, I was left with quite a mess. The property I asked Amy to sell turned out to be a real project. She probably showed it more times than any other property she’s handled. Amy stuck with me until the very end and will do whatever it takes, in a professional way, to get a house sold or bought.
