She markets her homes beyond the usual locations and spends time with her team and the homeowner to stage the home. In the end her judgement was validated by the market. We had some difficult situations with both potential buyers and final buyers that she skillfully handled as she has seen it all by this point in her career. To top it off Bethany and her entire team are friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with. We interviewed multiple agents and are confident we made the right choice in choosing Bethany and her team.
