When I found what I thought could be my ideal home online, I asked Sean if he could assist us with the purchase. The inspection of the house, unfortunately, revealed many hidden problems (some of them structural in nature), so we withdrew our initial offer and made a counter, which wasn’t accepted by the seller. Even though that deal fell through, my husband and I were impressed with Sean’s professionalism and, above all, with the fact that not once we felt pushed into buying that house, or offering more money than we thought was worth.
