Over the past few months, my fiancee and I have been working with Monica in our search for a new home and now that that arduous journey is at an end, we cannot recommend Monica enough as an agent. As buyers new to the real estate market in East Bay, Monica hand-held us through the entire process and we are extremely grateful for her guidance during house tours, the offer process, reviewing disclosures, scheduling inspections, and closing. Regardless of what time and day it was, Monica was always available to promptly answer any of our questions. Thanks to Monica's wealth of knowledge and expertise, we felt like we were able to navigate the home buying process with proper expectations, and feeling confident that none of the decisions we made now would result in regrets down the road. We really enjoyed working with Josh. He's very professional, friendly, and organized. He showed us several homes and was very quick and responsive when we had questions. Each day we met, he had a detailed sheet of all the houses we'd see, including a map of the best/most efficient route, all the pertinent data for each home, and he gave us his undivided attention. I really appreciated that he'd close the door once we entered a home, to keep others from popping in to see the house as well. A couple of times people were lingering outside and it was nice to be able to look around and take our time without interruption. We would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking for a home!!
