Best Realtor in the North Florida area! Recommended by a coo-worker, I came to her as a first home buyer already scared and confused due to the last realtors I had worked with. Her knowledge and professionality made house buying actually a breeze. She would point out pros and cons of a place, do massive amounts of research on it and any questions she didn't know the answer to she would find out within minutes. She was always super flexible and was even up to midnight with me providing all the documents needed to close on a house. Unfortunately, the lending corp. I choose wasn't the best and caused a lot of stress and problems, Jen went absolutely out of her way to make sure they were doing their job and wasn't being pushed to the side. She made extra trips and would blow up everyone's phone in the office til she had someone contacting her. Without her, I wouldn't have my beautiful house and would have been homeless or got stuck in a really expensive 1 year lease. I can't say enough good things about this women other than if you are looking to buy or sell a house, this is the women to contact! No other realtor can compare, I would know since I went thought about 5 of them before I found her.

Not only was he always in communication with us every step of the way in purchasing our first rental home, he was also very knowledgeable about all the moving pieces and who to contact. His recommendations for inspectors, survey companies, lenders, insurance agents and closing attorneys were all top notch!
