Mark was the perfect realtor you could ask for. Not only was he always in communication with us every step of the way in purchasing our first rental home, he was also very knowledgeable about all the moving pieces and who to contact. His recommendations for inspectors, survey companies, lenders, insurance agents and closing attorneys were all top notch! He knows the market, has the contacts, is an Alachua County native, and has the skills to get you into your first home or your first investment property. I would highly recommend him as a realtor, and will for sure do business with him in the future.
