The right realtor makes all the difference! Gregg Martin is knowledgeable about the Real Estate market and as a life-long resident he knows Gainesville and the surrounding area, better than anyone I have met. He helped set the right purchase price and provided guidance for staging prior to putting the property on the market. The condo sold in about a week. He was also extremely helpful in the purchase of a new home. Gregg provided input about each property and the area it was in as well as providing guidance on the purchase price for placing an offer. He answered all questions and went above and beyond in following up with the seller. I am happily settling into the home of my dreams. If you are considering buying or selling a home, contact Gregg Martin, Saxon Realty. You won’t be sorry.
