Working with Hillary Weiss was an absolute dream from start to finish. Her market knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail are top-notch. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be stressful, but Ashton made the entire process feel manageable. From our first conversation through closing on both transactions, I always felt like I had someone in my corner. What truly sets Ashton apart is her background as a real estate attorney. Her knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and standard industry practices is exceptional. She doesn't just fill out paperwork—she understands every detail, knows where potential issues can arise, and catches things that most agents would likely miss. That expertise gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. She's also a fierce negotiator. Whether negotiating the sale of our home or the purchase of our new one, she consistently advocated for our best interests and wasn't afraid to push for the right outcome. I always knew she was working hard behind the scenes to protect us and maximize our position. Beyond her technical expertise, Ashton is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She communicated clearly, anticipated problems before they became issues, and guided us through every step with patience and confidence. If you're looking for a real estate agent who combines outstanding market knowledge with the legal expertise of a real estate attorney and the determination of a true advocate, I can't recommend Ashton highly enough.
