Shannon was recommended to us by a friend and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always willing to work around our busy schedules and give her very honest opinion of the houses we looked at. As first time homebuyers, we especially appreciated that she was willing to explain everything to us in detail and walk us through the process every step of the way. It felt like we toured 30+ houses, and I'm sure we annoyed her at a few points (sorry!), but she was always professional and kind to us. She is a strong negotiator and wasn't afraid to go back to square-one if the deal fell through or wasn't in our best interests. Overall, we are so pleased with the quality of service Shannon provided and would love to work with her in the future when we eventually move again!
