I was blown away by how organized, prepared, and detail-oriented she was throughout the entire process. She truly listened to what we wanted, made every step feel easy, and even made sure our kids felt included and that their opinions mattered. Shalanda had a great strategy for us to follow when we viewed each home and it worked- as soon as we saw this home on Alba - we know it was THE ONE!
