I had a wonderful experience working with Judy Kirkland in purchasing my first home. I am a very thorough and professional individual that has high expectations, and Judy exceeded them all. We dealt with difficult sellers, but Judy was very helpful and gave me great advice through the process and made the transition as easy as possible. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for the best real estate agent in the Birmingham area.

Top professional, focused and personable. Knowledge of the market and financing with his clients plans in mind. He understands fully the assignment and uses all his resources to achieve their goal.

Deciding to sell our home was not easy. Donna provided thorough information and analysis on the pros and cons of selling when we were considering listing our home. She is always professional and personable when dealing with her clients. We have hired Donna Wiggins twice as a Real Estate professional. The home we were selling was the same one she sold to us over 10 years ago. She sold our home quickly, and we were pleased with the way she executed all the details to make the process go as smoothly as possible. You will not be disappointed if you choose to hire Donna Wiggins. She is one of the best in the business.
