We found Zanne when we requested from a Website to go look at a house where my significant other and I can start looking at homes to get an idea of what we want in a home. Quite frankly, we weren't really in the market, all we wanted to do was just dip our toes in the water and get a feel for things. Well Zanne showed up, greeted us, greeted our kids, she had her mask on, just all around very professional from the beginning. She walked us into the home explained to us in detail about what the house had on the inside and some potential renovations that we could do if we were to buy the home. She took out a Welcome folder where she had paperwork for us to fill out at home and paperwork that explained the whole process of home buying. From that point on my significant other and I decided that we were going to go all in and start looking for a home with Zanne as our agent. Now as far as being our agent, everyday for about a month and half, she was sending us different homes to look at, from Fredericksburg, Virginia, all the way to Northern Maryland. She was such a tremendous help and really engaged with us throughout this whole experience. After finally settling on a home, the entire process from filling out the paperwork to closing on the home, it all had gone smoothly with no hiccups.
