From the very start, Zanne was on a mission to find my family the perfect home. We had a list of needs, like everyone does, and Zanne went out of her way to ensure our list of needs was met. Even on days that I had to work a bit later in the office, Zanne made the time to meet us after work in the evening to show us a home. The whole family fell ill just before the home inspection, and Zanne went to the inspection for us! I have never met a realtor who would go above and beyond to provide this kind of customer service. Even six months later, we are still in regular contact with Zanne. She is the best!

Zanne was an absolutely fantastic realtor! She went above and beyond in providing accurate and up to date information about the listing while ensuring our needs and concerns were addressed. She was consistently available and coordinated multiple due outs for us while additionally taking care of us by doing things outside her scope like getting our mail and ensuring the temperature was maintained to prevent the pipes from bursting. We loved the whole experience with her and highly recommend her!

At first I was looking in the Merrifield/Dunn Loring area, And she found me some locations in McLean for a similar price and much better layout. It been over a year and I love it here.
