From the very first text all the way to receiving my house keys Zach was there to help guide me and answer my many questions. He is very responsive with texts and calls and really understood what I was looking for and also what I was not looking for. He knows the area and has numerous contacts in various "fields" and put me in touch with a handyman who has already done 2 jobs for me and there are 3 more to do. Zach is low key and was never pushy which I appreciated. I moved from Pennsylvania so coming down and looking at houses while selling my house up there had a lot of moving parts and Zach made sure he was available every step of the way. If I hear of anyone interested in moving to the area, I would highly recommend Zach and his partner Kim as they get it done and make the entire process smooth and easy to understand!
