Yes I can say officially, I know myself and Yishin are extremely excited and relieved that my husband and I officially closed on our dream home. I truly never thought this day would come. I’m sure Yishin can testify that my emotions were up and down for the last 2 and a half years. I went from trusting God, to doubting, to being excited, to being frustrated, to loving Yishin and trusting her as my realtor, to going through my moments and hiring other realtors when she told me things I didn’t want to hear. Lol I have to say this was a true roller coaster ride for me. The ups and downs, the eyes open to eyes closed the funny feelings to it all being worth it in the end. Im sure Yishin must have pulled some of her beautiful hair out dealing with me. But now that I have my home, I can honestly say that I would ride that roller coaster all over again and with just the right realtor, Yishin Wiggs. Despite me being impatient sometimes Yishin was ALWAYS very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t ever want me just jumping into anything. Sometimes when it comes to looking at hundreds of houses its hard not to jump on the first thing you see, or even setting after getting turned down so many times. But Yishin was always very patient always walked my husband and I through the pros and the cons when it came to choosing our home, she always remained calm and patient and always encouraged us that we will find our home no matter how long it take and that when its meant to be it will be. It was hard believing it then while going through. But I can testify that she was absolutely right. Now I am sitting in my new home unpacking and thanking God that we are finally here. I thank you Yishin so much for sticking it out with me and my family and not giving up as many times as I gave up in the process you kept pushing me through. Thank you so much for putting up with me too. Lol your are the best Realtor ever!!!!

Well, I don't know where to begin as I don't have enough accolades for the OUTSTANDING service provided by Ms. Wiggs (Yishin). From the moment that I met Yishin at one of her listings in late December 2019 through the time that I ended up closing on a property in early December 2020 (and beyond that to ensure my home was totally suitable for me, as to flooring, etc.), I could not ask any more from a real estate professional (agent). Beyond providing cursory information on available homes as most other agents do, Yishin always offered friendly and impartial advice, warmth, and above all patience, especially as a buyer who oftentimes had to be out of town as part of the shopping dynamics! Based on my fluctuating needs, as to location/type of home/price range, she was always there on a timely basis with options that suited my needs. Again, I have no words to express my gratitude for her attention and I would most definitely recommend Yishin to anyone looking for an agent, in the Polk County, FL area and beyond.
