The naysayers said it would take longer to close but Xine handed over the keys to my new home in just 2 weeks after signing the purchase contract. She made what could’ve been a stressful process a lot smoother and way more enjoyable. Xine made the selling process the best it could have possibly been. She laid out a clear game plan for such a big undertaking, and everything she did made me more competent in the process.
