Wendy Rounds

Our out-of-state house hunt was made much easier thanks to Wendy. We are 5-time home buyers and while we know what we like and dislike, we were open to seeing anything in order to get a feel for how things had changed in Ohio while we were away the last 15 years. She was both patient and encouraging when it came to us looking at everything from contemporary / mid-century modern to traditional to newer construction. She accommodated our schedule and ability to drive to Ohio and spent plenty of time with us walking through homes. She even picked us up at the local airport when we flew in last-minute to see houses. Five months and many showings later, we found our new home in February. Wendy's involvement didn't end with the closing. There was a repair that needed to be addressed when the weather broke, and she calendared reminders to all parties involved and kept in touch until a resolution was agreed upon. Wendy's upbeat attitude and honesty were very much appreciated and made a long, and at times frustrating, house hunting experience (with two very picky home buyers) a good one. We've worked with many realtors and I'd recommend Wendy Rounds to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wendy is a wonderful agent and is very personable. Definitely an asset to Howard Hanna. Always keeping me in the loop and returning every call no matter how insignificant. I met a few of her clients and we all agree Wendy is great!
