Danielle is smart, on the ball, and quick to respond to any questions that may arise. This is my 3rd time working with her (2 buying, 1 selling) and this went literally as smoothly as it could possibly go from the time we discussed the market and listing price, to negotiating with the seller, the home inspection, and ultimately the closing. Even long after the deal closed, she is quick to help out or assist with any questions that I have or offer advice when needed.
