Rich helped us buy and sell a house. He was very professional during the whole process and his company helped everything run smoothly. I would recommend his services to anyone buying or selling in northeast ohio.

Our family was relocating from California to Ohio with our two school-aged children and we were referred to Rich by our realtor to help us find our new home in a fairly short window of time. From the first phone call, Rich was amazingly helpful, professional, and accommodating. He was able to answer questions about the market and area and used his expertise to help us identify houses, neighborhoods, and cities that would meet our needs. He was knowledgable, personable, and as a father himself, was able to understand our needs in moving across the country with two children. Rich did a wonderful job facilitating the process both virtually and when my husband flew in for a last-minute house hunting trip. Rich and his team's communication and response time throughout the process was fantastic and efficient. Additionally, Rich was able to connect us with other top-notch professionals as needed to truly make the process easy and seamless. We would definitely work with Rich again and recommend him to friends and family!

I referred one of my good friends/clients to make the move from Southern California to Cleveland, Ohio and wow! He was responsive from initial contact, very professional in connecting with the buyers, hearing their needs/wants, and the clients were in love with the way he works! Highly recommend Rich and his team for all of your Cleveland, Ohio Real Estate needs!

Rami was very knowledgeable and had a lot of market experience. He was able to put me on the correct path to sell my property quickly while still getting the most value for it.

Rami represented me in the purchase of my new home and the sale of my previous home. He was very dedicated and hard-working on both transactions. His tenacity on a multiple offer situation got me the house I wanted to purchase, and he worked just as hard on the sale of my home. I had multiple offers after only a weekend on the market, and was able to close above asking price with no hassles or issues. Would highly recommend him on either side of a home transaction.

My husband and I worked with Melody to purchase our first home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Melody! She is extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, diligent, patient, kind, supportive, flexible, professional, honest, hardworking, and beyond helpful. She was extremely supportive and had our back the entire time. We genuinely enjoyed working with her and she taught us so much about the home buying experience! She works SO hard for her clients and we are truly so lucky to have worked with her. We truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. Melody has a way to make such a stressful process much easier and less daunting. We cannot emphasize how highly we recommend her.

Melody was very helpful in assisting us finding our new home. She was especially helpful and available when we approached closing. She was also very knowledgeable concerning the whole home buying process from initial viewings through to closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
