The name itself of first time home buying is nerve racking but having Walter as a our realtor truly made it a breeze. Professional but also personal input and connections; suggestions on what moves to make as terms of offering for the property, what we should request, and sticking to the timeline. He was always within reach, if any questions or concerns that came up, transparent clarification was provided. Definitely would recommend to friends and family to working with Walter. Walter was the best real estate agent I could have asked for. He was super positive, helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had to discuss with my client during negotiations. Thanks to him, I saved a few thousands while he provided best support. It wasn’t an easy property to sell since it was an expensive land lease in Waikiki with not a lot of years left on the contract with a possible extension (not guaranteed). However there is a client for everything and Walter’s ability to navigate through potential buyers closed the deal in a fashion where everyone is happy with the outcome.
