Virginia Johnson

First and foremost, my wife and I fully-trusted Virginia from beginning to end. Her trustworthiness made the process both easy and enjoyable considering we purchased our home in Colorado completely BLIND while living in California. Mid-pandemic and with two toddlers, traveling to Colorado for every house visit simply wasn't possible for my family. And so, we consider ourselves very lucky to have found Virginia and Blaine who literally did ALL OF THE LEG WORK. Visiting multiples homes, calling us via FaceTime, and creating several videos/movies for each of the home visits. My wife and I felt as if we were touring the properties in-person, right alongside Virginia & Blaine. At every stop & consideration, Virginia added value with her financial acumen and deep knowledge of the market. Virginia really does approach the process as a friend & business partner and that means you can feel safe, maybe even advantaged by having her on your side. Moreover, she treated us with such care, thoughtfulness and thoroughness that we felt totally at-ease purchasing our home BLIND. We never stepped foot in our home before moving-in. And yet, we are totally satisfied (and actually, we love it more than we imagined) with our home purchase. The home Virginia found for us fits our family perfectly, is a solid financial investment and there were/have been no surprises. Throughout the months long process, Virginia was patient with us and comforted us through challenges and timelines that inevitably got tricky because of our personal circumstances. But no problem was insurmountable for Virginia. SHE ALWAYS FOUND US ANOTHER OPTION OR SOLUTION. That's the type of professional you get when you hire Virginia -- she leaves no stone unturned. There is something about her no-nonsense approach, insightfulness and kindness that makes her invaluable. SHE EVEN HELPED US MOVE-IN, CARRYING BOXES & GIFTED US A WELCOME BASKET! Virginia is the SALT OF THE EARTH and will use her for years to come! THANK YOU!
