Vince When absolutely above and beyond to get me into my house even at times when I wanted to give up because of the obstacle we had with my lender. He handled every situation appropriately, professionally and In a timely fashion! A lot of people say that buying a house is a stressful and exhausting task but I don’t think either of us could have expected the last 60 days to go the way it did. We were on the verge of losing the house but Vince was able to communicate between a disgruntled seller and a incompetent lender to bring it in for the win! Vince is the only reason I am now a Florida home owner!

Working with Vincent was great. My wife and used him as both the selling agent and buying agent. We’d never sold a home before and he provided some much value by answering our endless questions. When it was time to list on home his approach was adequately aggressive for that time in the market. This lead to our home selling for more than asking price and within a week.
