I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vilma when I moved to Florida from Virginia & once again this year when I had to move back to Virginia for work. There is nothing more stressful than moving & especially when you are moving out of state, on a timeline driven by your employer. Vilma handled EVERYTHING!!! When I was the purchaser she listened to my needs & in a very competitive market she honored the price I was willing to pay, she worked so hard to find me the perfect home for me & my fur kids. I loved my home for 4 years! Even after I moved it, I remained in contact with Vilma, she provided input in home improvements that would help me to realize the most profit when I had to sell. I was sad to leave Florida this year, but again working with Vilma was a breeze! Even with the pandemic she sold my home in record time & for the maximum profit. She was courteous of my home, she was there for every showing & even when the title company pushed my closing Vilma was there to reassure me & to ensure that my best interests were taken care of, as I boarded the train to Virginia I knew that everything was going to be ok & it was!!! I honestly can not say enough about Vilma, she will be a lifelong friend & I am so fortunate that the universe brought her into my life. I have & will continue to refer anyone I can, you will not find a more wonderful person & talented realtor!!
