I looked for quite a while for a buying and selling agent with expertise in the fundamentals of real estate markets and the business aspects of those markets. With Victoria I was happy to find an agent who had this more rigorous background, which is evident in her monthly emails. She also has an unusual level of expertise in aged houses that either need renovation or have been renovated, including through her husband’s work as a contractor. She also is well familiar with Northwest Denver, including the Sloan’s Lake and Highlands neighborhood. She was careful to point out problems with properties I reviewed and also had good suggestions for evaluating offers on the house I was selling. Would recommend her to both buyers and sellers as a top tier expertise agent.

Victoria is a highly skilled realtor who also has the critical skills of a great negotiator and psychologist! I didn't realize how important these other skills were until I was in the throes of selling my house in a tricky market.
