Vickie Craig

We had Vickie list our house earlier this year as we had put an offer on another property. In the end we decided to pull it off the market and concentrate on remodeling our existing home. However, Vickie could not have done more to get excellent exposure, resulting in an amazing number of potential buyers coming through. The brochure with outstanding photographs really displayed our house to its full potential. It was never too much trouble for Vickie to have an open house or show potential buyers around any time of the day or week. Should we decide to sell in the future, we will have no hesitation to use Vickie again :)

We were in Santa Barbara for the day during a visit from the East Coast. We stopped into Village Properties to get some information about the housing market, specifically homes with an ocean view. Vickie showed us properties that day and continued to keep us posted on properties meeting our criteria. Because of her initiative, great business and follow-up skills and her in depth knowledge of the area, she and her business partner, Sharon Fisher, enabled us to find a terrific home. Vickie took pictures of the rooms and sent them to us and worked closely with us through the inspection and repair process. She was our eyes on the scene to make sure repair work was done professionally and timely. We can offer our unqualified recommendation of Vickie Craig. It was a pleasure to work with her and we would not hesitate to work with her again on any real estate needs.
