This is the second time I have worked with Veronique to sell a property in the DC area. Veronique is the ultimate professional from marketing to staging to knowledge of the DC real estate market. Our condo sold in two weeks and settled four weeks later. Veronique was always available to answer any questions during the process. We connected with Veronique from out of state looking for a place to rent. We had no knowledge beforehand about how competitive this market is. After, retaining Ms. Onteniente, she quickly took action, recommended a few alterations to the unit, quickly (witin a few days) secured a qualified contractor to make the changes; plus, she was able to secure a quality tenant, and the monthly rental at an amount higher than my initial offer. Ms. Onteniente delivered as promised. I would highly recommend her services!
