The term professional is unwarranted in many instances nowadays, however this certainly does not apply to Venessa. She is a master of her craft and great at what she does. When working with a real estate professional, there are well-known boxes that one checks but in our case she checks boxes that we did not know existed. Not only did she educate us on the process and kept in constant contact throughout, but she -- while researching on her own -- found a new mortgage program that gave us a lot of unexpected financial flexibility. Needless to say Venessa is highly recommended and is a TRUE real estate professional!
