Vance is extremely knowledgeable in his job field, and I knew that if I had any question he would have the answer for me. He always responded to my texts within five minutes or less, and he always answered the phone. At closing, he even got me a large sum of cash back (no idea how, he works his magic to be sure!). While I was looking for homes, he knew exactly what I wanted and took all of that into consideration when sending me listings. I couldn't be happier with my new home, and my first purchase was made easy because of him. I've already refered friends, and I wouldnt trust anyone else on the east coast unless he referred them. Very trustworthy, easy to work with.
