I have purchased a few homes in the past and when I relocated/met Vance, I immediately knew he would look out for my best interest. Vance worked hard to get me into my beautiful home. I really appreciate how he was able to answer my questions/concerns and communicate with us outside of regular business hrs. He ensured my home had all the inspections/appraisals/repairs performed successfully without me having to worry. I also introduced my brother to vance and as he had questions about investments, Vance gladly gave him knowledge on how he could achieve his dream of renting his current home and purchasing his dream home. Now my brother lives on 4 acres. Vance is a good trustworthy family man and Realtor.
