I am a first time home buyer so I had a lot of anxiety about purchasing property prior to working with Vance. He eased my mind from the very beginning and answered every single question respectfully, professionally and in a timely manner. Vance came through for my family who had a very short timeline and who had very specific requirements for a wheelchair bound kid. When the house i wanted came back on the market he worked quickly to get my bid in and gave great advice on what my bid should look like to secure the home. Starting out looking for a home out of state was a difficult process but when we found Vance it turned things around for us.
