We were gonna list one of our properties a few years back I actually fired Vance, Then when we decided to sell this time, we interviewed him and my husband really wanted to use him and he did a fabulous job, He was very professional he saw three properties. We have another realtor come in on our main property throw out the counter so you can’t get any more. Vance’s listing price was 40,000. More and we got it.
