In my role as an Assistant Project Manager, I work on high-profile public-sector projects, including multi-million-dollar school modernizations across Maryland. I coordinate subcontractors, track schedules, manage procurement logs, review submittals, and support the successful execution of each phase of construction. This background gives me a deep understanding of building systems, timelines, and quality standards—knowledge I bring into every real estate conversation. As the founder of Khin Brothers Construction LLC, my family-operated residential construction company, I’m committed to delivering workmanship and service that people can trust. Building this business has allowed me to serve my community in a meaningful way while honoring my family’s hard work and values.
