Hilary was a great choice for a realtor all around! We were connected through a mortgage company, that we didn't end up keeping but we did choose to complete the home purchase with Hilary as our realtor. Throughout the entire process Hilary was extremely quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful with everything! She was knowledgeable about the process and we never doubted anything she told us or did. We lived out of state and had difficult schedules which she accommodated with and met us when we were able to come down. She picked us up, drove us to ALL of the houses we looked at, and even bought us some yummy snacks at local shops. Throughout the entire process she answered all of our questions (there were a million) and explained things to us in a way that we were able to understand. We had a few hiccups with the sellers and title company, which she handled promptly and stood up for us. When my husband got down here before i did, and was waiting for the house to close, she even took care of our cat since we had no where to take her. That was definitely not in her job description; but she did it anyway and was a huge help. I can't say enough about Hilary, she was awesome all around!!
Hilary was a very dilignet, efficient and thorough realitor to work with. She was patient with us as we toured many homes trying to find the right fit. When we finally did, she was a good advocate for us through the process. She made her self available during off hours to accomodate our scheudules and never seemed rush to finish up a house tour. She called almost instantly, showed us several properties a few days later, and found us just the right house within weeks. Hilary knows the area well, and has a good understanding of the local market. She was always available to answer questions, and kept us well informed during the entire purchase process. Had been looking for about a year for a property in Seaside,Oregon.
