She helped us write a strong offer while we were on vacation and made sure it was the first in line when the sellers went to review them. Our offer was accepted and the buying process was smooth, we ended up moving in about 30 days later. We then worked with Hilary to sell our previous home, she came out a couple different times giving us recommendations on repairs and staging prior to putting it on the market. She is knowledgable and full of wonderful advice. When working with Hilary on a listing price she provided us with comps and a recommendation on what we should list at. I am so glad we listened to her. She had an open house that weekend and within a few days had found the perfect buyer. We have been extremely pleased with Hilary and can't recommend her enough. I cannot say enough great things about Hilary. We moved to the coast in October of 2020. I called her from Utah on a Monday, said we were driving out on Tuesday and needed to look at homes on Wednesday to get home by Thursday! She didn’t bat an eye! She had our whole itinerary lined up and ready to go. She was super knowledgeable about all of the homes and areas we looked in. She did multiple virtual walk throughs for us as well.
