Referred to Hilary by a close friend of ours, we were impressed by how much she could guide us in decisions and show us good matches for a retirement home. She helped us avoid many problems while keeping us on-track for a search that lasted a year. She was always cheerful, helpful and easy to tour homes with, and usually a few steps ahead of us. Susie and I recommend her to anybody that may be searching for property in Clatsup County.

Hilary walked us through this complicated process of buying a house from another state. She was my eyes. She has such a homey approach that makes you want to adopt her. Hilary always kept her professionalism but you felt she was always there for you, no matter what. I appreciate her assistance in purchasing this beautiful home in Oregon from California. I would have no problem recommending her to a friend. Thank you Hilary. Your the best!

Do to unrelated issues it took over 12 months for me to find and close on my home. Hilary stayed with me the entire time. Once I found the home I purchased Hilary guided me through the negotiation process. I would recommend Hilary yo anyone looking for a home in the north coast area.

It’s hard to write down all my feelings, but Hilary was nothing but amazing. She helped up buy a home, and also helped us sell our home one year later. We needed to sell our home fast and she accomplished just that. The home was only on the market for two days when we received two offers. We accepted one offer and within a month the home was sold. Hilary was so easy and fun to work with and was always so quick to respond and on top of everything. She is incredible and I wish I could take her with me so I can use her for all my house buying and selling experiences. She is amazing and I recommend using her to help you with all you home buying and selling needs on the Oregon Coast!

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Hilary! She listened to our wants and needs for finding a home and patiently guided us through the process. Hilary is incredibly thorough and timely; documents were reviewed for accuracy and forwarded for signature quickly so as to prevent any delays in closing. We felt valued and included every step of the way. Hilary obviously cares about her clients and puts them first in the home buying process. She was a true pleasure to work with and is highly respected among her peers in the real estate community. Don't miss out on the chance to work with her, she's amazing!

I have nothing but high praise for Ms. Herman. I went through the VA loan program and she knew exactly what to look for regarding quality and possible pratfalls that could possibly jeopardize the approval. I never doubted her looking out for my interests. She helped connect me with good financing and was always looking for a way to save me money.

My entire buying experience with Hilary felt like a masterfully orchestrated dance. Her agility and knowledge for enabling me to purchase my home just as the giant ambiguities of the "Great Pause of 2020" started to take affect were nothing short of graceful. Fantastic working with her!

Hilary worked with my husband and I for 4 years helping us look for a home in the Seaside/Gearhart and Astoria areas. She was extremely patient and was always ready to show us a home we were interested in. Considering how indecisive we were she never gave up on us! We recently found a beautiful home in Astoria and even with all of the hiccups we experienced during the closing process, Hilary was always on top of any issue in a timely manner. We would highly recommend her, especially for first home buyers like us!

If you are a Veteran than Hillary is the realtor for you. Hillary went above and beyond to help find us our home and the best financing options for Vets. Would recommend her anytime.

Hilary was wonderful to work with as we went through the process of selling our house. She was helpful in giving us advice as we prepared to list it. She was very knowledgeable of the local market, the process, and the local people to assist with the process. She was readily available with any questions or concerns we had too, which made us feel very comfortable and confident in her as our realtor. I would highly recommend her!

We are so happy that a neighbor recommended Hilary to us. She is knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. We were liaisons for my mom in the sale of her home and since we live out of the area, Hilary's super communication was vital to us. We give Hilary our highest recommendation.
