Can I give 10 stars??!! Ty went above and beyond in so many different ways for our family. From entertaining our 2.5 year old so we could actually look and discuss what we were seeing, to being super proactive in the sale of our old home that was in another state which threw us many, many curve balls. He was in our court fighting for us the whole time on both houses, going out of his way to ensure we were able to move forward. Ty was very responsive, took the time to understand our needs, and was straightforward with us so that no questions went unanswered. Ty knows the area, knows the market, gives you personalized service, and is just an all-around great guy. We feel lucky to have connected with him. You won't be disappointed!

Tyler actually helped my parents get their house a few months prior to helping us. He was always on time, when he would be a few minutes late due to traffic he called to let us know what was happening. Ty was an excellent go between with the loan company, calling them frequently to make sure they were on top of their stuff and when they weren't, he called someone higher up the chain to get our loan squared away and on time. He did everything to try and make sure we could keep our earnest money should it come to that. In the end it wasn't necessary to protect the earnest money but he wanted to "Cross his t's and dot his i's" at every turn making sure we were protected and well represented. Any time of day he was available to help and that made the whole process go a lot smoother. I have told many people I know already that if they plan to use a realtor that Ty is the man and I plan to continue to tell them that.

Tyler helped me buy my place almost three years ago and he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.
