And it was a crazy time to do this as we listed our house just prior to the COVID situation. But within 24 HOURS of listing - Troy got us multiple offers - all well OVER our asking price - and we locked into the best one by the end of that day. Once under contract he continued to guide us through the inspection process and the items that needed attention. However, COVID forced that buyer to back out just weeks later which put us in a panic as we had put an offer on a new build (Troy with that as well). Troy immediately went back to work for us and re-listed our home that same day and we amazingly got more multiple offers OVER asking and were once again able to go under contract within 24 hours.
