If there was a 6 star option, Troy would get it. He is a master at his craft. By the end of our process, Troy felt more like a friend than a realtor. He is very intuitive by nature which takes much of the leg work off your plate by only putting homes in front of you that he knows will be a good fit. This was a HUGE time savings especially since we were coming from SF to Marin. He was very patient with us as first time buyers and always listened to our needs (i.e. unrealistic wants, gripes, etc.) while offering his expertise in an extremely articulate manner. I’ve already recommended Troy to my friends who are looking at homes in Marin as well. It’s an extremely hard market and Troy’s support was invaluable during the process. Lastly, I can’t say enough about his response time which was so appreciated during a stressful time of buying a home.
