Update: Troy helped me buy a second home in Sonoma in a tough multiple offer situation. I wouldn’t have won the bid (mine wasn’t the highest) if it weren’t for Troy establishing a great rapport with the selling agent and putting together a clean offer with every single form/disclosure completed. Plus we closed on the property in a record 4 days! Troy is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Troy was so great to work with and provided 5 star service from start to finish. He made my investment property purchase in Tiburon as simple and pain free as possible. The best part about working with Troy is that he’s detail oriented and was very focused on answering any random questions I had, following up on little items that I would forget about, and I felt like he really had my back in the negotiation process.
