Choosing a realtor is a hard decision. We evaluated multiple realtors, many of whom are close friends, prior to choosing Troy. He immediately stood out as the person we wanted. I believe Troy has lived in Marin since the Roaring Twenties...or at least his experience leads us to believe so. He knows all the neighborhoods. He sees the trends. He recognizes value. Buying in 2021 was not easy. Demand far outpaced supply. We fortunately started shopping a few weeks before others. We quickly looked through listings in our preferred neighborhoods that matched our needs and price range. From there, we saw all these listings over two days, reviewing the various disclosures in the process. We had a deadline, as our lease was ending, and we knew the market was only going to get hotter. We needed to gather a lot of information, review it, and act quickly, as good listings were in contract within days. Troy lead this process and helped us get in contract on a great house. The closing process had some hiccups in the last few days. Troy was on-point to address these issues and get us over the finish line. He had a cool head (even when we didn't) and was available 24/7 to jump on anything we needed. We eventually will move again, and we fully intend to use Troy for the sale of this house and the purchase of the next.
