Excellent responsiveness and knowledge of the market

Tracy’s accessibility was exemplar and while I didn’t expect it it was comforting to have such responsiveness to ease my first time home buyer’s concerns. She knows her profession and also has a good sense of humor!

If she did not agree with something, she offered her advice. However, she did also leave it up to me (the seller) to make the decision and did not pressure me at all. She is very laid back but diligent with doing her job. This is the third time we have used her; once to sell and twice to buy.
