Shelley and Tony have surpassed the level of service we have ever experienced in real estate! They have made the process of selling our home effortless. Tony was very hands on throughout the whole process. From offering advise on easy upgrades to orchestrating new flower beds for better curb appeal he was getting the house marketable from day one. We agreed to offer the property following his aggressive pricing strategy and low and behold we agreed on a sales price 2% over our desired amount. Keep in mind, Tony was able to move the house within 60 days during the COVID shutdown. He's awesome. Highly recommend!
